The lunch & afternoon tour departs Olhao Taxi pontoon at 13.00 (1pm) to Culatra Island, where we have lunch in a very special restaurant that normally serves some of the 600 residents of the fishing community of the island.I stress that the food is full of flavour, as it is served to the community of the island rather than catering for the tourist market, as most of the restaurants in the town do.After lunch we take a short walk in the village, exploring the narrow streets with our guide from the Ria Formosa natural park, Steve (also your Captain, waiter, and story teller! nurse, life guard ect.) We then cruise to the east, to a deserted beach to relax, swim, snorkel, or just take in the nature, we depart after 30 / 40 minutes in the direction of Armona Island when on arrival we have an hour or more to take in all the secrets that this little island has to offer (crystal waters, fantastic views, cool beer, and great coffee) Then departing for Olhao, passing the Old water mill and a very small residential island (with no electric or water for the inhabitants) by the name of Coco Island.Returning just before Sunset.
