At Culatra we have Dinner in a very special restaurant that normally serves some of the 600 residents
of the fishing community of the island. I stress that the food is full of flavour, as it is
served to the community of the island rather than catering for the tourist market, as most of the restaurants in the
Olhao do.

Dinner in the restaurant is great value, for example a plate of clams is approx 8 euros and there
